Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Shortsy’s invite-only beta. They should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a broad public launch.

Your media and rights

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Shortsy a limited license to store, analyze, transform and deliver content solely to provide the service. You must own the media or have permission to process, reframe, caption and export it.

Prohibited use

Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, sexually exploitative or malicious content; attempt to access another workspace; disrupt providers or infrastructure; or use generated media to misrepresent a person.

AI output

Clip selection, captions, scores and reframing are automated suggestions. Review every output before publication. Shortsy does not guarantee virality, accuracy, rights clearance or platform acceptance.

Subscriptions and credits

Paid access renews through Stripe until cancelled. Quotes reserve credits before processing. Cancellation before processing releases them; terminal system failure refunds them once; usable partial delivery consumes the reservation.

Availability and beta changes

The beta may change, pause or end. We may suspend accounts that create legal, security or operational risk. Liability limitations and governing-law terms must be finalized with counsel for the launch entity and customer regions.
